Recently our Facilities team completed a large project for Scottish Sea Farms re-piping most of the plant room in their Scalloway factory here in Shetland.
The project involved:
– Re-piping the 54mm feed from the header tanks to the pumping station
– Replacing both the expansion bellows and seals on pump station
– Re-piping the cold supply from the pumping station to the hot water cylinders
– Re-piping secondary returns and replacing flanges & seals
– Replacing all hot water cylinder components
Everything was replaced using Geberit Stainless steal mapress fittings, giving our customer peace of mind for years to come!
